Processing & Shipping

Racerfalre currently operates on a 6–10 business day fulfillment/shipping timeframe.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude applicable holidays.

The 6–10 business day period refers to our order processing and preparation timeframe. Carrier transit time may require additional time after the order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when tracking is available.

Shipping Delays

Racerfalre is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Customs processing
  • Government restrictions
  • Carrier operating delays
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

If an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe represented at checkout, we will provide any notices or options required by applicable law.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Racerfalre is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing checkout.

Delivered Packages

Tracking information showing delivery to the address provided at checkout will generally be considered evidence of delivery.

Racerfalre is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.

PRODUCT SAFETY POLICY

Because your product intentionally produces sparks, I strongly recommend having a dedicated safety section on both the product page and your store policies.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

This product is designed to produce sparks through contact with an appropriate surface.

Use at your own risk.

The customer is solely responsible for determining whether, where, and how the product may legally and safely be used.

Customers must:

  • Read and follow all product instructions before use.
  • Properly secure the product before use.
  • Inspect the product and attachment hardware before every use.
  • Stop using the product if it becomes loose, damaged, cracked, excessively worn, or otherwise unsafe.
  • Keep sparks away from gasoline, fuel, solvents, chemicals, dry vegetation, fireworks, ammunition, compressed gases, and other flammable or combustible materials.
  • Avoid use in areas where sparks could create a fire hazard.
  • Follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and property rules.
  • Use appropriate protective equipment.
  • Never modify the product without authorization.
  • Never use a damaged product.

This product produces sparks and may create a fire, burn, property-damage, injury, or other hazard if improperly used.

Racerfalre does not guarantee that use of the product is legal or permitted in a particular location.

The customer is responsible for determining whether use is permitted where they intend to use the product.
