One important change I'd make to your store
Don't use only “ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.” That's more aggressive, but it's actually weaker as a business policy because certain legal obligations can override a store policy. For example, federal rules address what happens when an advertised shipping timeframe can't be met.
The wording above—“all sales are final except where a refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law”—is much safer while still making your normal policy extremely strict.
Also, for chargebacks, the policy itself isn't what wins the dispute. Shopify says evidence such as the customer's order information, policy agreement, communications, tracking, and delivery confirmation can be important, and even strong evidence does not guarantee the bank will rule in the merchant's favor.
I would also put a checkbox at checkout requiring customers to acknowledge the safety information and Refund/Return Policy, where your Shopify setup permits it, and keep your order/tracking/customer-service records.
